This band, featuring 2 guitar players, a bass player and a drummer, comes from Moscow. They propose an instru¬mental music (hence the title of the album) which is very inspired by King Crimson's current line up.
For producing something interesting, you must have an excellent technique and here it's the ease: the 4 members come from different musical horizons and they are perfect virtuosos of their instruments. But what about the music itself? The songs are generally rather short but full with energy and oscillate between fusion, jazz, excellent metal and even rock. The atmospheres are less black and speed than Yang's (a French combo with a similar line up) but show a more Slavic warmth and sensitivity.
The song 'RUNNNN' (remember?) could even have been composed by Mr Robert Fripp himself.
Russia always had great interpreters and creators in classical music; thus it is not surprising finding there excellent musicians being able to produce such a gorgeous music.
